It features hand dyed and tattered and gathered red/white mesh over a layer of gathered black satin. The mesh has been dyed to look like blood stains. Collar is bound with a skinny layer of bloody red cotton. Tatters have little asian inspired beads hanging from them at staggered places all around the collar. Beads may vary. Collar closes with a satin ribbon. One size fits most. Collars take 1-3 weeks to be made and shipped. Each collar varies slightly as they are hand dyed and dye baths can come out different each time.
